Linda S. Plotnicki focuses her practice on representing co-op and condominium boards, sponsors and investors throughout the metro-NYC area. She provides legal counsel and extensive experience to help boards resolve disputes and negotiate property arrangements. Her practice includes:

  • Representing co-op boards of directors and condominium boards managers
  • Preparing co-op and condo conversion plans
  • Representing tenant associations during conversion
  • Representing purchasers and sellers of unsold apartments

Ms. Plotnicki is recognized as a leader in this field. Anually she conducts the workshop, “Board Responsibility in Condominiums” at the annual conference of the  Council of New York City Cooperatives and Condominiums.

In addition to her co-op and condominium work, Ms. Plotnicki maintains an active practice in other matters of commercial and residential real estate:
